A model is not a complete Agent
A language model can reason, but it does not by itself retain project files, call enterprise systems, schedule work, or preserve the context of an execution. A Harness supplies tools, skills, sessions, storage, loops, and interfaces so model decisions can become continuous action.
What the Harness provides
For builders, a Harness brings the essential Agent components into one environment. Models can work with files inside a controlled workspace, access external capabilities through tools or MCP, and preserve state between interactions. Teams no longer need to assemble every execution layer from scratch.
Why enterprises need another layer
An open-source Harness provides general capability. Enterprise adoption still has to resolve identity, permissions, data location, system integration, deployment, audit, and long-term operations. DSHE works at that boundary: it brings the Harness into real organizations without redefining it.
